AFTER-SCHOOL
YOGA
Convenient classes offered on site at your child´s school. Little yogis will practice deep breathing exercises, play yoga games and have some time to relax and reflect on their day. Classes meet once a week for eight weeks.
Each class is one hour.
Ages: Grade 2-8
TEEN ATHLETE YOGA
In this class, athletes and performers practice breathing exercises, stretch, and move their bodies in ways that help strengthen and prevent injuries. Doing yoga together as a team is a great way to promote teamwork and trust.
Each class is one hour.
Ages: Grades 9 -12
FAMILY
YOGA
Spend some family time getting your breathe on! Our class offers families an opportunity to practice a little yoga and mindfulness together. Classes are full of fun, easy poses and games - appropriate for all levels.
Each class is 45 minutes.
Ages: 3+ with an adult

PRIVATE SMALL
GROUP YOGA
This class is ideal for homeschoolers, play co-ops, and other small groups of friends/nannies who meet regularly with their children. We´ll come to you for a fun class that´s appropriate for the age range of the children.

What if....?

My children/I have never done yoga?
No problem! Our classes are designed for all levels — and primarily geared towards children. We'll make sure everyone, regardless of level of yoga, is having fun!

We have a big family? Will we need to pay extra for Family Yoga?
It’s $30/family, up to 4 members. Each additional member is $5.

I can’t attend with my son/daughter? Can my nanny bring the kids to Family Yoga?
Sure! Please make sure any adult attending is able to complete a waiver.

I can’t attend? Can I drop my son/daughter off?
An adult caregiver must attend class with child for Family Yoga.

School is cancelled/closes early?
We will follow MCPS’ closure policies. Please follow us on Instagram and Facebook, check this site or email for the latest. More on our cancellation policies below.

Cancellations
If MCPS is closed for the day or dismisses early due to inclement weather, we will not hold any after-school classes. We will schedule a make-up class for any class missed due to weather. If for some reason we are not able to schedule a make-up class, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the class missed.
Refunds
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration (info@starlightyoga.org). Make sure to include your child’s name, school and reason for cancellation.

Cancellations made before the first class of the session will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made after the first class but before the second class will receive a 50% refund.

After the 2nd class, we will not issue a refund should you cancel.

We will not issue partial refunds for any classes students miss during the session.

In case of inclement weather, we will announce any cancellations here, via email and on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
Refunds
For a full refund, a Private Small Group or Family Yoga class must be cancelled 24 hours before the start of class. Cancellations within 24 hours of class will result in a late cancellation and no refunds will be issued.
