Time for a daily reset? When your quarantined crew needs a playful escape...

Give these simple mindful yoga moves with your little ones a try! They're quick, require no props, and suitable to try with kids ages 2+. To make the most out of your stretch break, hold each pose for four to six deep breaths for older kids, two - four deep breaths for the younger ones.
