Staying on top of academics, keeping up with their social lives, and participating in clubs and team sports, have our teens juggling a lot daily. A great way to release some of the pressure they’re under is a regular yoga practice.  

 

Teen athletes can benefit greatly from yoga with their teammates and coaches. Our five-week off-season series allows athletes to engage in poses that increase strength and flexibility — both of which are critical to preventing injuries during the season. 

 

Teams doing yoga together will build a great sense of community and trust. We’ll move through partner poses, mindfulness practices, and share our strengths and weakness on and off the mat. With yoga, athletes can improve their focus, concentration and coordination. Coaches and players will have fun challenging their bodies and using muscles in ways they’re not used to!

  • 1 hour class that meets

  • 1 day a week for

  • 5 weeks at

  • $500 per team
